모에드의 제물Offerings of the Moadim

민수기 28~29장은 여호와께서 정하신 모든 때에 드릴 제물을 한자리에 모아 놓은 본문입니다. 매일·매주·매달·해마다 돌아오는 절기가 모두 같은 골격(수소·숫양·어린 숫양·소제·전제·속죄제)을 공유하면서 그 수효만 달라집니다. 그래서 이 두 장은 표로 볼 때 가장 선명하게 드러납니다.
Numbers 28–29 gathers into one place every offering to be presented at the times YHWH appointed. The daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly moadim all share one skeleton — bull, ram, lamb, grain, drink, and sin offering — and only the counts change. That is why these two chapters come into sharpest focus as a chart.

·제물의 종류Kinds of Offering
민수기 28~29에 나오는 제물은 네 가지 핵심 종류로 이루어집니다. 제사의 중심은 번제이며, 거기에 소제·전제가 늘 딸려 가고, 죄를 위하여 속죄제가 더해집니다. 아래 각 절기의 수효는 모두 이 종류들의 조합입니다.
The offerings in Numbers 28–29 are made up of four core kinds. The center is the burnt offering; the grain and drink offerings always accompany it, and a sin offering is added for atonement. Every count in the feasts below is a combination of these kinds.

- 화제(이쉐 אִשֶּׁה) — 특정 제물이 아니라 “불로 살라 드리는 예물”의 통칭. 본문의 “여호와께 향기로운 냄새가 되는 화제”가 이것입니다.Offering by fire (ishsheh אִשֶּׁה) — not a specific offering but the general term for “an offering burned by fire.” The passage's “a soothing aroma to YHWH, an offering by fire” is this.
- 화목제(셸라밈 שְׁלָמִים) — 서원·자원으로 드리는 교제의 제물. 절기의 정해진 제물과는 별도로 각 사람이 드립니다(29:39).Peace offering (shelamim שְׁלָמִים) — a fellowship offering brought by vow or freewill. Each person brings it apart from the fixed offerings of the feasts (29:39).

·소제·전제의 표준 비율Standard Ratios — Grain & Drink
번제 가축 한 마리마다 함께 드리는 소제(고운 가루+기름)와 전제(부어 드리는 포도주/독주)의 양은 가축 종류에 따라 고정되어 있습니다(민 28:12–14). 각 절기에서 “그 수에 따라 규례(미쉬파트)대로”라는 말은 바로 이 비율을 가리킵니다.
The amount of the grain offering (fine flour + oil) and drink offering (poured wine / strong drink) that accompanies each burnt-offering animal is fixed by the kind of animal (Num 28:12–14). In each feast, the phrase “according to their number, as prescribed (mishpat)” refers to exactly these ratios.

Multiply the bull/ram/lamb counts of each feast below by this table, and the total grain and drink offerings for that day fall right out. That is why the text does not repeat the grain amounts at every feast, but only says “according to their number, as prescribed.”
1매일 상번제 (타미드)Daily Continual Offering (Tamid)
모든 제사의 바탕이 되는, 날마다 끊이지 않고 드리는 번제입니다. 다른 모든 절기 제물은 언제나 이 상번제 “외에” 더하여 드립니다.
The burnt offering presented every day without ceasing — the foundation of all sacrifice. Every other feast offering is always added “besides” this continual offering.

2샤밭 (안식일)Sabbath
이레마다 돌아오는 안식일에는 상번제에 어린 숫양 두 마리를 더합니다.
On the Sabbath that returns every seventh day, two lambs are added to the continual offering.

3초하루 (월삭)New Moon
매달 첫날에 드리는 번제입니다. 여기서부터 수소·숫양·어린양·속죄제가 모두 등장하는 온전한 골격이 나타납니다.

4유월절 · 무교절Passover · Unleavened Bread
첫째 달 열나흗날은 여호와의 유월절, 열닷샛날부터 이레 동안은 무교절입니다(누룩 없는 빵). 이레 동안 날마다 아래 번제를 드리며, 첫째 날과 일곱째 날에는 거룩한 모임을 갖고 어떤 노동도 하지 않습니다.
The fourteenth of the first month is the Passover of YHWH; from the fifteenth, for seven days, is Unleavened Bread (bread without leaven). The burnt offering below is presented every day for the seven days; on the first and seventh days there is a holy convocation and no work is done.

5칠칠절 (처음 익은 열매의 날)Feast of Weeks (Day of Firstfruits)
새 곡식(밀)의 첫 소산을 여호와께 드리는 날입니다. 거룩한 모임을 갖고 어떤 노동도 하지 않습니다.
The day the first yield of new grain (wheat) is presented to YHWH. There is a holy convocation and no work is done.

6나팔절Day of Trumpet Blast
일곱째 달 첫째 날, 나팔을 부는 날입니다. 이날은 초하루이기도 하므로, 나팔절 번제는 초하루의 번제 위에 다시 상번제 위에 얹혀 드려지는 특별한 구조를 가집니다.
The first day of the seventh month, the day of blowing the trumpet. Because this day is also a New Moon, the trumpet-day burnt offering has a special structure — laid on top of the New Moon offering, and again on top of the continual offering.

7속죄일Day of Atonement
일곱째 달 열흘날, 자기 혼(네페쉬)을 괴롭게 하는 날입니다. 거룩한 모임을 갖고 어떤 노동도 하지 않습니다.
The tenth day of the seventh month, the day to afflict your soul (nephesh). There is a holy convocation and no work is done.
여기 숫염소 한 마리는 그날의 속죄 예식(속죄의 속죄 제물)과 상번제·그 소제·전제 외에 더하여 드리는 번제의 속죄제입니다. (수소 한 마리.)This one male goat is the sin offering of the burnt offering, added besides that day's atonement rite (the sin offering of atonement) and the continual offering with its grain and drink. (One bull.)
8초막절 · 수소 일흔 마리Sukkot · Seventy Bulls
일곱째 달 열닷샛날부터 이레 동안 지키는 절기입니다. 다른 모든 절기와 달리, 초막절은 수소의 수가 날마다 하나씩 줄어드는 유일한 구조를 가집니다. 첫날 열셋에서 시작해 이렛날 일곱에 이르러, 이레의 수소 합이 일흔 마리가 됩니다. 숫양(2)과 어린 숫양(14), 속죄제 숫염소(1)는 이레 내내 같습니다.
The feast kept for seven days from the fifteenth of the seventh month. Unlike every other feast, Sukkot has a unique structure — the number of bulls decreases by one each day. Beginning at thirteen on the first day and reaching seven on the seventh, the bulls over the seven days total seventy. The rams (2), lambs (14), and sin-offering goat (1) stay the same throughout the week.

이 모든 제물은 여호와의 정한 때(모에드)에 드리는 것으로서, 사람이 스스로 서원하는 서원과 자원하는 예물로 드리는 번제·소제·전제·화목 제물과는 별도입니다(민 29:39). 곧 절기의 제물은 개인의 헌신 위에 놓이는 것이 아니라, 하나님께서 친히 정하신 때를 따라 공동체가 끊임없이 드리는 기준의 제사입니다.
All these offerings are presented at the appointed times (moed) of YHWH, apart from what each person brings by vow and freewill as burnt, grain, drink, and peace offerings (Num 29:39). That is, the feast offerings are not laid upon individual devotion; they are the baseline sacrifices the community presents without ceasing, according to the times God Himself appointed.
